The DSO Digital Office's mission is to drive digital transformation in DSO, so as to transform the work, workplace and workforce. Senior Engineer (Digital Capability Development) In this role, you will: - Be part of a team of dynamic team driving the digital transformation of DSO. - Work with multiple stakeholders and user groups to conceptualise, design and deliver comprehensive, secure and performant technical solutions for DSO digital capabilities. - Drive the implementation of key transformative capabilities such as On-premise Cloud, DevSecOps, High Performance Computing, AI, data analytics, with the objective to actualize "Digital to the Core DSO". - Scan for industry best practices and technologies for digital transformation. Propose, pilot and assess suitable solutions for DSO. **Requirements**: - Degree/Master/PHD in Aerospace Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computing/Data Analytics/Electrical Engineering/Biomedical - Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical digital transformation or digital transformation area. - Good stakeholder management skills - Knowledge in on-premise-cloud technologies, DevSecOps - Knowledge in AI, HPC, simulation technologies is an advantage.
