*Operational Management*
1. Manage virtual teams, providing guidance and support.
2. Oversee remote work arrangements, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
3. Develop and implement remote work policies and procedures.
*Administrative Functions*
1. Manage organizational calendar, scheduling meetings and events.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.
3. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
*Communication and Collaboration*
1. Facilitate virtual meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
2. Ensure effective communication among remote team members.
3. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
*Financial Management*
1. Manage administrative budgets, ensuring financial compliance.
2. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
3. Analyze financial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
*HR and Talent Management*
1. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
2. Manage performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development.
3. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
4. Ensure timelines on staff remuneration submission and calculation
*Technology and Data Management*
1. Oversee virtual infrastructure, ensuring security and efficiency.
2. Manage data storage, backup, and retrieval systems.
3. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
*Risk Management*
1. Identify and mitigate organizational risks.
2. Develop and implement emergency response plans.
3. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

*Skills and Qualifications:*

6. Proficient in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello)
