**1. Traineeship Description**
This position reports to the Director and oversees all departmental matters related to compliance within the company, ensuring adherence to both government and non-government legislation.
**2. Role**
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Evaluate potential risks and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Policy Development: Oversee the production of policy positions related to legislation and organizational policies.
- Manage Client Expectations: Communicate effectively with clients to align expectations with deliverables.
- Policy Formulation and Evaluation: Develop, implement, and evaluate policies to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives
**3. Competencies to learn**
- To learn legislation, policies, and practices in the security sector
- To be able to work closely within government and non-government organisation
- To be able to address and manage all documentations in compliance
**4. Qualifications**
- WSQ Certification related to security services
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelEffective Oral and wriiten management Communication Skills
