We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team and play a vital role in crafting exceptional culinary experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards.
- Assist in menu development and execution of unique luxury dining concepts.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are rigorously followed.
- Participate in maintaining inventory and controlling food costs.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to create seamless dining experiences for our guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen processes and food safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
