Lead Monetization Integrity PMO team, support leadership team on strategy planning, priority evaluation, resource allocation, and strategy landing & execution;
- Work as a global leader as well as an individual contributor to analyze existing process efficiency and effectiveness; designing improvements, driving stakeholder alignment, overseeing the implementation and measurement metrics to gauge success;
- Architect and administer executive forums on Monetization Integrity strategy and activation;
- Manage the strategic planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization;
- Work as the extension of MI leadership team to participate and support strategic level urgent discussion and decision making.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Experience within Sales, Finance, Strategy, Consulting or Sales Operations contexts;
- Solid people management experience of both directly and leading project teams, global team management experience is preferred;
- Experience managing the strategic planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization;
- Experience interacting with executives;
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time well;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
