**I. Mission of WWF Singapore**
To ensure a high performing WWF office with efficient operating systems, professional and skilled staff, and strong financial resources. WWF Singapore’s focus is on delivering corporate partnerships, individual donor fundraising, major donor fundraising and community engagement for WWF’s priority conservation and sustainability initiatives in Singapore and the rest of WWF’s global network.

WWF Singapore’s strategy - to help address numerous issues from climate change to the decline in biodiversity, focusing on major goals around water, wildlife, oceans, climate and energy, forests, and food, and three key drivers of environmental problems, namely markets, finance and governance. WWF works to build strong partnerships with government, business, civil society and individuals. Together, we will deliver on our shared and ambitious goals.
**II. Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit**
The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The team’s aim is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding from 1) high-networth individuals (HNWI) 2) trusts and foundations, 3) companies to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (mainly South-East Asia) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission.
The team works closely with the Senior Management Team and peers in Conservation, Communications, Sustainable Finance, and Accounting and Finance teams to effectively contribute to the implementation of WWF-Singapore’s partnerships and philanthropic strategy.
**III. Major Duties and Responsibilities**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, people person with a positive attitude that could help manage and steward WWF’s corporate partnerships. You will be working closely with our core team to drive long-term partnerships with new and existing partners as well as engaging them through different activities.
**Primary Role in Stewardship & Engagement (90%)**
**Account Management & Relationship Building**
- Multitask and manage corporate partnerships and ensure that existing partners are stewarded appropriately, resulting in profitable long term partnerships.
- Maintain open lines of communication with partners and/or relevant stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure they are informed.
- Proactively identify partner’s issues, communicate and implement timely solutions.
- Map partnership outcomes according to agreement terms and provide regular impact reporting to partners.
- Work with the relevant Project Team to ensure progress of partnership outcomes and deliverables are on track as per agreement.
- Responsible for managing, tracking and spending of funds received by certain partnerships, in close collaboration and alignment with the Finance team.
- Gather data and insights from the partnerships managed to be shared with the Stewardship Team for the development of long-term partnership strategies and retention plans.
**Corporate Engagements**
- Lead the planning and execution of community or employee engagement activities for corporate partners (eg. Green Talks, Workshops etc.).
- Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver engagements effectively.
- Develop and pilot new engagements that are aligned with our conservation focus and of interest to partners.
**Secondary Role in Fundraising (10%)**
**Business Expansion**
- Support the Partnership development team with any business development activity as required.
- Identify new opportunities within existing partnership to expand the scope of work and raise more funding for WWF’s conservation work in Singapore and regionally
- Successfully renew existing accounts.
- Perform other duties as required.
**IV. Profile**
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, account or event management, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Account and/or Event Management preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to plan workload, estimate timelines accurately and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: verbal and written
