**Duties**

**Trolley Operations**
- Monitor ground situations at hotspot areas in all terminals via CCTV.
- Alert respective duty Terminal Operations Supervisor on Flexi arrivals/gate and/or barricades setup required.
- Monitor Automated Trolley Management Systems (ATMS) user interface and to provide pre-alerts to respective terminal operations supervisor on potential service failures at arrival gates.
- Process all Porter Service request(s), Wheelchairs and Baby strollers booking request and ensure respective terminal operations supervisor fulfill service.
- Taxi Operations
- Monitor supply of taxis for pax waiting within a specific time frame
- Ensure all related equipment are in best possible operational condition
- Ensure planning of taxi supplies and appropriate actions in the administration of taxi coordinating

**Administration**
- Assist Terminal Manager/Duty Manager with incident/accident investigation aided by CCTV footages.
- Generate service utilization reports (i.e. Porters, Wheelchairs and Baby strollers, Flexi Arrivals/Gate, Barricades setup)
- Act as coordinator between Duty Manager and Duty Terminal Manager/TMC Operations Cells during extraordinary operations matters arising.
- Process Daily Deployment/Shift/Resource Reports for submission to all stakeholders.
- Attend daily TMC meeting and disseminate key event updates.

**Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in operations functions.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Confident in managing and influencing stakeholders in TMC.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player.
- Able to work on Shift Duty. 12hr shift, 4 days work week
