Hakko Products’ supply chain department is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized and reliable individual to manage logistics elements of the company - we make things happen. This position acts as both a control and a facilitator. This is an ideal position for an individual who can work independently and remain focused in the face of pressure.

**Responsibilities**

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

**Order Processing**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to prioritize and schedule order fulfillment.
- Maintain order records and update databases with order status and shipping information.

**Shipping and Logistics**:

- Coordinate outbound shipments, including selecting appropriate carriers, scheduling pickups, and preparing shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and requirements, both domestic and international.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues that may arise during transit.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Conduct regular inspections of outgoing shipments to verify product quality and packaging standards.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints in a timely manner.

**Process Optimization**:

- Continuously evaluate and refine fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for automation or system enhancements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures for domestic and international shipments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
