Requirements:_**
- _ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role and duties_
- _ Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills._
- _ Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations_
- _ Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs._
- _ Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching._
- _ Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed_
- _ Ability to respond positively to events in an effective manner._
- _ Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills._
- _ Previous use of sales, repair database software_
- _ Based in Jakarta_
- _ Familiarity with torque tools and high-pressure pumps is a plus_
- _ Full professional proficiency in English_

Main Duties:_**
- _ Equipment Management_
- _ Repair and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services._
- _ Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function._
- _ Troubleshooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop._
- _ Stock Control - stock organization daily/weekly/monthly, stock reorder levels, and stock take experience_
- _ Providing technical support to the customer service team including routine technical administration, such as the production of quotation documentation_
- _ Workshop Maintenance_
- _ Goods In and Goods Out record keeping_
- _ Stock Rotation_
- _ Quality checks and control of all equipment (in and out)_
- _ Store and workshop consumable ordering_
- _ Serial Number log maintenance_
- _ Weekly distribution import shipment_
- _ Health & Safety management_
- _ Weekly checks_
- _ Quarterly Audits_
- _ Maintain all certification to remain country compliant_
- _ Risk Assessments_
- _ Fire Safety_
- _ Quality Control - ISO 9001:2015_
