Copier Technician

Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site support for copier machines in various locations across Singapore.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot copier hardware issues.
- Repair and maintain copier machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while interacting with clients.
- Manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Conduct diagnostic testing to identify copier malfunctions.
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively repair copier machines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in copier machine repair or related field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in time management to meet service deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Sound product knowledge of copier machines.
- Experience in hardware repair, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Minimum qualification of secondary education or high school.
