WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

We are looking for a highly driven, creative and passionate digital partnership / marketing professional to lead partnership and marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, servicing and nurturing to grow customer lifetime value.- Support to evaluate the feasibility of new partners e.g. market research, due diligence, partnership exploration.- Conduct propositions/ideas/concepts testing with partners and/or customers.- Work with internal stakeholders to on-board partners e.g. legal, compliance, technology, operations, finance, marketing, digital.- Work with partners and internal teams to conceptualise, develop and execute digital campaigns for different customer segments to achieve business objectives.- Work with partners and internal teams to conceptualize and develop an optimal digital customer journey.- Ensure all marketing materials are compliant and applicable with regulatory requirements.- Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross functional implementation, campaign analysis, tracking and reporting as necessary.- Monitor and review effectiveness of digital partnerships and the respective campaigns and any other marketing initiatives to optimise campaign performance, to drive marketing decisions, and to refresh customer proposition.- Work with Tied Distribution to develop the agent activation plan i.e. identify selected Digital Platforms Partnerships (DPP) agents, develop the playbook/training materials, on-going tracking and reporting as necessary.- Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated to all partnership efforts e.g. customer campaign mechanism, journey related queries.- Perform other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements- Self-starter with entrepreneurial bent with resilience, grit and closing skills, who is willing to take ownership to see opportunities through from ideation to pitch and deal completion.- At least 5 years’ experience in roles related to business development, partnership, account management or other relevant role with strong acumen in identifying synergies and opportunities.- At least 5 years’ experience in roles related to service design, customer research, or other relevant roles defining and designing customer service experiences across multiple touchpoints.- Strong business acumen and business development experience in Insurance preferred (ideally with an understanding of digital marketing).- Must possess strong verbal and writing communication skills, with the ability to develop and present pitch documents.- A background of UX research and design, with hands-on service prototyping will be considered a plus.- The ability to work well under pressure, to project manage competing priorities and the ability to get things done quickly at high quality.- Financially literate, with analytics experience and strong attention to detail.- Strong skills in conducting and synthesising research, insights and findings.- Strong skills in structuring and visualising journey maps, service ideation, concept communication and specification.- Ability to influence and work within a matrixed environment.
