Designation : Application engineer support
- A duration of close to 6 mths
- 24 x 7 shift

**JOB SUMMARY**
- **PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with end-users and build good rapport;
- Plan, coordinate and involve in end-user training for system implementations and enhancements (implementations and enhancements);
- To provide training to end-user when required;
- First level of support for all issues reported by the end-users;
- To be able to classify reported issue correctly;
- To prepare and present monthly progress report;
- Prepare and draft incident report if required;
- To track and ensure all issues reported are closed within SLA and all enhancements are accepted within agreed timeline;
- To provide any technical support, e.g. printer configuration.
- Ability to work shift to provide 24 x 7 support including weekend.
- Required to work on-site.

(C) **SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Able to provide 24*7 standby support when required;
- Performs any other duties as assigned.

Recognized Professional Certificate /Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent

1. 3 years of related working experience in similar capacity

2. Good communication skills

3. Ability to track issues from creation till closure closely

4. Ability to work on shift to support after office hours and weekends.

1. Have some experience in healthcare domain

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,719.11 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Late shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
