Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform all administrative tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Handling planning and purchase of all office equipment, stationeries, and other office supplies.
- Manage all shipments and deliveries for orders (eg. liaise with forwarder/suppliers about shipping rate, documents, insurance..)
- Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management.
- Create and update databases and records for certain data.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Assist other colleagues and management as needed.
Be up to date on government schemes and grants
Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, Verification of OT and allowances, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
Handle all insurance policies and claims matters eg. Workmen Compensation Insurance and WICA claims
- Other ad-hoc matters as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With related admin experience preferred
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint..)
