**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries across various channels
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information on appointment scheduling and general health matters
- Attend to general healthcare-related enquiries and administrative coordination
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a courteous and effective manner
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments or supervisors when necessary

**Reqirements**:

- Prior experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service, or Consumer Sales environment (non-sales role seekers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver quality service and remain patient-focused in a fast-paced environment
