**Global Internship Program**:
Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as a Medical Technologist

As a Labcorp intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that complement an education in STEM+ Business and Healthcare disciplines, and are inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globe. In addition to department work, we support your professional development and career exploration through program workshops, leadership speakers, employee resource group introductions, new hire panel discussions and small group ‘coffee chats’.

**About Team**:

- You will be trained across the various platforms in Hematology Department from automated instrumentation to manual slide review and urine sediment identification.
- Good understanding of clinical testing from sample collection to testing and the use of different tests.
- Trained in the operation and maintenance of multiple analyzers.
- Perform quality control testing, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.

**Internship Assignment Summary**:

- Student will gain clinical experience working in the laboratory of a drug development company.
- Attend laboratory modules linked to quality control management, pipetting skills and the various informatics labware.
- Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your soft skills and professional presence.
- Good Laboratory Practice.
- Inventory management.

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- Open to current undergraduate with Bachelor of Science degree (Biological Sciences/Biomedical).
- Good organization and multitasking ability.
- Able to communicate effectively with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance team environment.
