The Director - Hospitality Division is responsible for overseeing hotel investment, asset management, and portfolio optimization. This role requires a combination of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry-specific knowledge to drive successful hotel investment strategies and asset management.
- **Investment Analysis & Acquisition Strategy**: Identifying and evaluating hotel investment opportunities, conducting market research, financial modeling, and leading due diligence processes. This also involves negotiating agreements and presenting investment recommendations.
- **Asset Management & Performance Optimization**: Overseeing asset managers to ensure properties meet financial goals, implementing strategies to improve performance, and monitoring key metrics like RevPAR, ADR, and EBITDA. This includes developing business plans, managing budgets, and exploring repositioning or renovation opportunities.
- **Strategic Advisory & Portfolio Oversight**: Offering strategic insights for portfolio growth, assessing asset performance, conducting regular reviews, and monitoring market trends. Involvement in capital markets activities and collaborating with various teams on deal structuring.
- **Risk Management & Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying and mitigating financial/operational risks, and overseeing insurance and legal agreements.
- **Stakeholder Communication & Leadership**: Serving as an advisor to ownership, leading asset managers, building relationships with operators, and representing ownership in key negotiations with partners and stakeholders.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial expertise, and leadership skills in the hospitality sector.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field is typically required.
- 10 years experience in hospitality investment, asset management, or related fields.
- Strong background in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and due diligence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial performance metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, GOP, NOI, EBITDA).
- Experience in portfolio management and long-term strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with ownership, stakeholders, and industry partners.
