Prefer Mechanical Engineering
- Ensures workers understand their job scope, roles and responsibilities.
- Submits Loss Prevention Observations (LPOs) and Loss Prevention Safety Assessment (LPSA) touches to Safety Department on a daily basis.
- Prepares and attends Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings as required by clients.
- Disseminates Job Loss Analysis (JLA) information to all workers involved in the job and conducts Toolbox talks before commencement of work.
- Conducts work specific Job Hazard Checklist (JHC) for workers.
- Participates and contributes ideas in Workplace Safety, Health and Environment (WSHE) meetings.
- Ensures effective supervision and systematic housekeeping procedures are implemented.
- Inculcates safety awareness among all the workers and intervenes when unsafe work practices and at-risk behavior is spotted.
- Ensure Life Saving Rules are fully complied with by supervised workers.
- Marshalls the safe evacuation of workers from site during an emergency.
- Mentors, trains and coaches subordinates in their work and monitors the progress of the SSWs under his care.
- Demonstrates effective leadership and role model conduct at work sites,
- Appraises the performance of their direct reports.
- Provides feedback & suggestions to Site Superintendent, Project Manager and Operations Manager for carrying out work safely at sites.
- Heat exchanger experience required
- Prefer has 3 years working experience at Exxonmobil
- Prefer has Cat 2 or Cat 3 EM Permit Acceptor
- Able to lead a team of 20 people
- Able to read technical drawings

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,300.00 per month
