Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**THKMC Management Associate Program (T-MAP)**

Look no further - get a meaningful head start to a fulfilling career in the Social Service Sector The **THKMC Management Associate Programme (T-MAP) **is a two-year structured programme aimed to groom aspiring Leaders to reach your fullest potential.

The two-year programme includes a compulsory onboarding programme, and up to four rotations, for a deep and holistic understanding of how **THKMC **works:

- One year in Corporate Function to build your Professional Skills and gain broad experience;
- One year in Specialised Service to run projects for a positive impact on our beneficiaries and clients

After the two years, you will be assessed to take on a permanent role depending on your career aspirations, strengths and needs of the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Eligibility**
- Good Honours Degree from any discipline
- Excellent CCA Track Record, with leadership qualities
- Not more than 2 years of working experience
