**Responsibilities and Tasks**
**General Expectations**:

- Keep up-to-date on your TRAIN/Learning profiles - Site-wide and EHSS profiles should always be at 100%.

**Comply with Standards for Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Business Continuity**:

- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Be an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (ERT, Supervision, etc.) and through the good catch system
- Promote a positive culture for safety by holding yourself and team members accountable to environmental programs and policies at MTV
- Ensure all safety and environmental compliance related work tasks are being completed in accordance to existing requirements (LOTO, audits, training, Job Hazard Analysis, use of proper PPE and evacuation procedures)

**Equipment and Process**:

- Demonstrates the necessary troubleshooting skills for area equipment
- Use systematic approach to resolve “Long term down”, (LTD) equipment, executes long-term down action plans; understands when to escalate to the next level
- Understand and help improve best known methods and area documentations for maintenance and recovery procedures; mentoring other team members
- Is a contributor in KT sessions on difficult fixes and hard down situations
- Identifies and implements procedure and documentation changes
- Resolves recurring problems by identifying and eliminating root cause; follows up by writing equipment related ECNs and includes data to justify changes when appropriate
- Demonstrates an understanding of the area processes and how a change in equipment conditions can affect the process
- Collect data and mentor others to assist in Deep Dive analysis on tool performance and tool matching
- Prioritizes tasks based on immediate area needs
- Reacts appropriately to Tool trends or yield concerns escalated by 1st shift equipment and process owners

**Establishes Documentation**:

- Continuously improve the reaction mechanisms and procedures based on feedback from the end users. Includes support of Periodic Document Review (PDR) process
- Work with peer groups to test and vet new reaction mechanisms and procedures
- Support TPM documentation requirements; 1-Pt Lessons, MOP Documents, CIP Program, M-Tags, Tech Memo, etc.

**Uses Sound Decision Making and Methodologies to Approach Trouble-Shooting**:

- Follows a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Applies decision making methods using data, established guidelines, procedures and judgment (KT PA/DA/PPA, 5 Why’s, etc.)
- Recognizes risk of different options
- Able to utilize various software such as Data Navigator, Klarity, SPACE and E3 for data collection and analysis
- Regularly makes decisions regarding non-routine issues using data, guidelines, procedures, experience and judgment

**Team Interaction, Communication, Coaching, Mentoring and Training**:

- Ensures and mentors all peers on accuracy and quality of documentation of work completed including pass downs, QDRs and SPACE comments
- Actively listens and can restate information for clarification or further discussion between peers, customers, 1st shift and management
- Is a positive role model and actively drives morale in a positive direction by collaborating with team members and training others
- Demonstrate and mentor peers on quality workmanship through attention to detail and ensuring procedural adherence
- Provide suggestions for improvement to established training and documentation

**Promote, Foster and Adhere to TPM Core Beliefs**:

- Is a role model for other team members and drives improvement ideas on using TPM principles (CIPs, MTAGs, Action Items and 1-Point Lessons)
- Adhere to core TPM beliefs for continually improving equipment effectiveness
- Fully participate and attend TPM team meetings and utilize the Company’s Global TPM system
- Maintain 6S protocol in all maintenance activities
- Engage in focus teams to resolve problems that help drive TPM metrics

**Continually Develops Self**:

- Completes assigned projects and tasks
- Accepts responsibility for personal mistakes and seeks clarification for future improvement
