[What you will be working on]
- **Lead the charge**:Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art electronic hardware and embedded systems, ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, and user experience.
- **Become the expert**:Provide technical leadership and guidance across diverse electronics and embedded systems projects, sharing your knowledge and shaping best practices.
- **Innovate and explore**:Analyse emerging technology trends, conduct feasibility studies, and propose transformative solutions to continuously enhance our products and capabilities.
- **Collaborate and integrate**:Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electronics designs into comprehensive product systems.
- **Champion projects**:Drive projects from concept to commercialization, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- **Secure funding**:Identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities through project proposals, grants, and sponsorships.
- **Lead with purpose**:Initiate and oversee strategic programs that align with the organization's goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

[What we are looking for]
- **Educational Foundation**:Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or a related field.
- **Proven Track Record**:Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in electronics hardware development.
- **PCB Mastery**:Exceptional proficiency in PCB layout design using EDA tools (Altium Designer strongly preferred).
- **Wireless Advantage**:Knowledge of Radio Frequency / Microwave Engineering and experience with GSM / WiFi / LoRaWAN/ NB-IoT / ZigBee / Global Positioning Satellite technologies
- **Product Lifecycle Insights**:Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and practices.
