**Scope**:
1. You will be working in a support role to service Family Office clients

2. You will provide operational support for company's business activities, including KYC/AML for new clients, annual financial/tax/legal reporting, dealing with banks & brokerage houses account opening & maintenance, servicing high-net-worth client's various service requests, admin work and document processing support etc.

3. You are expected to provide the above mentioned operational support in a timely manner and with high standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting / Finance / Business or other related field.
- Around 2-5 years of working experience in a finance setting or mid-to-back office operations settings; Alternatively can be from client services background
- Organized, meticulous, good communication skills, service mentality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Certain level of experience in dealing with financial institutions such as family offices, private banks, brokerage houses etc
- Certain level of experience in dealing with and understanding high-net-worth clients demand
- Must be able to both speak, read & write Mandarin, fluent in English
