He/She shall coordinate with field engineer and his team of piping supervisors to carry on all piping activities on site. He report to the Site Manager.
- Ensure that applicable project specifications and standard codes were correctly executed during piping fabrication and erection.
- Understand and interpret all design, fabrication and erection drawings and material specification and other engineering data and arrange for clarification of any project drawing or specification which requires additional information for construction purposes.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure that fabrication and erection of pipe spools, pipe supports are in accordance with the latest issued construction drawing.
- To ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner.
- Conduct weekly HSE assessments and safety walk through, safe and unsafe auditing.
- Coordinate with discipline supervisors executing piping work and verify that subcontractors have availability and adequacy of the material and drawing.
- Verify engineering queries from sub-contractors at site and proposals and give recommendations.
- Coordinate the construction supervisors to ensure the subcontractors compliance with the applicable specification and standard.
- Evaluate the construction sub-contractor work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary.
- Monitor the final account of works and payment through the Project tools (Jeevan & Bio+).
- Verify for all piping construction activities are in compliance with the project specification having familiarity with applicable Italian and European Codes and languages (English and Italian).
- Implement the Field Quality Control Plan/Procedures and construction specification for piping, mechanical construction activities, including management of RFI (request for Inspection) through Easy Plant.
- Solve the cases of no-conformity with the support of quality responsible where necessary.
- Assist in the field engineering works such as field revision of isometric drawing and Technical Site Instruction (TSI) which agreed by sub-contractors as per instruction.
- Organizing for preparation of piping systems for testing based on the test pack limits specified in the approved test packs.
- Approve of test package as per piping system and test package priority schedule.
- Attend final walkthrough of completed piping systems and verify clearing of all punch list prior to mechanical completion. Attend coordination meetings with client representatives, site manager and project management team. Assist on all commissioning activities.

Must Have:

- From 15 to 25 years of experience in Piping Management.
- Significant knowledge of TP tools: Si.ge.ore, WPS, MDM. Key user knowledge of Jeevan, Bio+, Easy Piping, Easy Plant, Const. Sim, Primavera, SPMAT, ACAD/Revit, CAD 3D-Model
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Available to work from Monday to Saturday 10 hrs per day
