Responsible for **coordinating and supervision of installation, testing and inspection of piping support and all kinds of mechanical equipment **. Ability to carry out Mechanical, Piping installation, new tank work & replacement of tank and other accessories. Carry out troubleshooting, commissioning and repair work.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback on job performance to help them improve their work performance over time
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, including wearing required safety equipment at all times
- Inspecting equipment and making repairs as needed
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Scheduling workers’ shifts and making sure they are aware of any schedule changes
- Helping to plan and coordinate projects, such as construction or maintenance work, by communicating with managers or other team members
- Coordinating with outside contractors to ensure that work is being done according to specifications
- Overseeing the safety of workers on site to protect them from hazards such as falls, electrical shock, and burns
- Maintaining accurate records of employees’ hours and paychecks
- Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.
- Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded dia inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
- Co-ordinate with the sub contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning.
- Issue the work permits ensuring SHE requirements.
- Conduct safety walk through in the site in co-ordination with the safety department on weekly basis.
- Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.
- Inspection and approval of all the QA/QC submittals of the subcontractor.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Certificate in relevant field
