**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Company in the management and administration of Projects
- Responsible for the achievement of all project objectives including profit margins
- Coordination with the yard in terms of project execution and support
- Develop and implement commercial, procurement, risk and compliance policies to ensure alignment with group policies and regulations.
- Supervise and organize the company's commercial and procurement activities
- Implement commercial best practice to maximize value and minimize risk and cost.
- Lead or provide commercial support to deliver expected P&L results across Contracts or Bids (pre and post Contract).
- Coach and develop staff to ensure commercial processes are embedded at all levels of the business.
- Ability to communicate with client and internally to promote the Company products and services
- Develop goals and work plans for the ongoing business growth and ensuring they are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering disciplines.
- At least 6 to 10 years of deal-making experience, with a solid understanding and exposure to the Marine & Offshore and/or renewables industry
- Executive presence with outstanding presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Experience working with Ship Owner/ Marine equipment Supplier is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project planning/leadership skills coupled with the ability to operate in an ambiguous environment or unstructured situations with a high degree of autonomy
- People-oriented and a great teammate combined with entrepreneurial skills
- Excellent analytical and finance skills with a good understanding of contract law with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
