**Key Responsibilities**:
**Safety Management**:

- Implement and enforce the company's EHS policies and procedures in all offshore operations.
- Conduct regular vessel safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and proactively prevent safety incidents.
- Supervise safety protocols during major equipment repairs and emergency interventions.
- Organize and deliver periodic safety training sessions to enhance the team's safety awareness and operational skills.

**Crew Management**:

- Develop and execute crew rotation and rest schedules in compliance with operational requirements.
- Monitor crew discipline, conduct, and performance to ensure a professional and orderly working environment.Assist in handling personnel matters to maintain team efficiency and resolve disciplinary issues as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Safety Management, Crew Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crew management or shipyard/maritime operations
- Familiar with EHS policies and offshore safety standards
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and professional ethicsAble to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
