**Duties and Responsibilities of Continuous Professional Development Advisor
**Reporting Lines**:
This position reports directly to the College Director. The incumbent’s is responsible for negotiating and arranging work placements which meet the practicum requirements for students undertaking our programmes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- These include but are not limited to:

- Sourcing and arranging student work placements.
- Preparing Memorandum of Understanding with organisations on work placements (if necessary).
- Working with stakeholders to ensure work placements are appropriate.
- Administration / Practicum supervision.
- Maintaining industrial engagement.
- Develop and execute activities with the objectives to inculcate the College’s values, and to develop the students professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 1-3 years working experience.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- A strong team-player with excellent people skills.
- A self-motivated and independent individual.
