**Position Available**: Senior Manager, FP&A and Planning
**Reporting to**: Headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia (100% REMOTE)

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a strategic, results oriented **Senior Manager, FP&A and Planning**, to lead and take full ownership of our revenue forecasting, demand planning, and inventory pipeline management function. Reporting to the **Director,**FP&A and Planning**, the Senior Manager will lead a team of two analysts and play a key role in maximizing revenues and company performance, working with internal stakeholders to help drive Company success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the execution of the demand planning cycles in coordination with Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics, aligning plans with financial forecasts and business goals.
- Own the end-to-end health of the inventory pipeline, identifying risks, closing gaps, and ensuring readiness to meet customer demand.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements that enhance planning accuracy, reduce costs, and increase agility.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of two junior analysts, supporting their development and aligning their efforts with department goals.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to leadership and cross-functional teams on an as-needed basis.
- Get stuff done - be resourceful and plug in wherever needed, tackling difficult issues and challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Demand Planning, or related roles, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, MBA, or CFA designation a plus.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, with a track record of building, maintaining, and updating complex models.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- A strong blend of financial acumen, supply chain awareness, and leadership capability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day performance execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, working effectively across teams to build trusted partnerships.
- Proven experience managing and developing junior team members in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- **Must be able to accommodate Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours, with a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with the core team.**
