Senior Strategy Planning Manager

Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a Senior Strategy Planning Manager. This position is responsible for leading the planning processes, coordinating & driving the business planning activities for AP Siemens Industry Software, and specifically South East Asia (SEA).
Representing Southeast Asia, working closely with the global planning team and SEA to define and map out go-to-market strategy and priority to drive business growth in the Asia Pacific.
Own and drive the strategy and planning activities for SEA, including Siemens Industry Software’s Integrated Country Plan, Siemens Country Concept, Annual Operation Plan, and other sales planning activities and align with the AP zone.
Advice the Country Manager on the strategic trends in the region, Investment opportunities for longer-term in the region, and support in the development of business use cases and scenarios for investment planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and align with Global Planning Function and SEA Country Team to drive and execute global planning initiatives and practices as well as in-country Planning Activities.
- Serves as the key point of contact for the Asia Pacific Planning function.
- Understand the market positions for Siemens solutions, industry trends, and opportunity potential in the market.
- Coordinate and ensure Named account planning and ACP Heatmaps for SEA are developed and properly registered with the planning tool according to the requirements.
- Define Measure & Track Progress with dashboards.
- Provide meaningful insights into business planning and results, analyze trends, observations, and levers (e.g. sales productivity).
- Monthly cadence with Country Manager and Zone teams on development and execution of region Strategy.
- Be able to map out how Siemens Industry Software solution offerings can be applied in specific portfolios and industries.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to country planning teams to deliver high-quality business plans to drive business performance.
- Uncovers and reviews actionable, data-driven insights from business planning and trends with sales management that drives informed decisions, improve the sales process, and generate revenue growth.
- Works under self-management on assignments/pursuits and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures. The position requires self-initiation, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to link complex, discrete information in a holistic way.
**Requirements**:
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate and drive team performance.
- Proficient in spoken and Spoken and written English a must in addition to regional language speaking/Written skills.
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate and to drive people in obtaining results independently.
- Be able to work with other Siemens employees and external partners with different cultures from different countries.
- Be able to work in a multi-cultural environment, involving travel in AP countries.
- Intellectual curiosity with a vested interest in continuous learning about and improving, both the company and one’s self.
- Enjoy collaboration with people at different levels with excellent communication skills.
