**Job Description**:

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedback
- Assist with membership enrollment process
- Upselling of membership plans to existing customers
- Provide remote technical assistance to customers
- Analyze each situation and escalate calls to the right team
Key Requirements:

- Call centre / customer service environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to the customers
- Excellent team working skills and flexibility in approach to work
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Able to work on rotating shift (5 days from Mondays to Sundays) - 40 hours / week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
