HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive responsible for the delivery of full spectrum of Human Resource functions and operations including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Manpower Planning, Training and Development, Employment Administration, Staff Welfare, Work Pass Management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy
- Be actively involved in Recruiting to meet manpower requirements
- Manage employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Manage compensation and benefits, and reward & recognition functions
- Develop strategies to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and employee retention
- Familiar with Government policies, regulatory requirements and ensure compliance to the rules and regulations
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in HRM/Business Admin or any other discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resource position.
- Proficiency in using e-HR system
- Able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Able to multi-task, independent, resourceful, meticulous and dynamic with problem-solving skills, counselling and motivational skills as well as the ability to work with all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably with working experience in the F&B industry
- Able to cope in a fast pace and high pressure environment
- Hands-on, task-oriented with influencing and mentoring skills
