We are looking for a NOC IT Engineer (Shift) to join us in our mission to enhance Singapore’s competitiveness as a trusted ICT hub for citizens and businesses.

**A brief summary of your job responsibility**:

- Monitors and identifies IT system abnormalities, resolves problems, or escalates to relevant parties for help.
- Performs first-level trouble-shooting on the Systems and escalate to second-level teams for assistance.
- Provides technical support during disaster recovery, contingency test, scheduled maintenance, system change requests, software installation, system equipment problems, etc.
- Generates inventory and statistical reports for monitoring, analytics and audit purposes.
- Generate reports, updates, escalates, and close of incident tickets.
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy of operational procedures and processes. Provides recommendations to improve systems or to streamline processes.
- Maintains and updates System’s documentation and inventories.

**To succeed in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Minimum a year of technical support experience in a NOC environment is preferred.
- Work in teams of 12 hours rotation shifts that span across weekends and public holidays.
- Able to follow documented work instructions and procedures.
- Good written and verbal command of written English
