**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a structured training program to learn about our insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Assist senior agents in prospecting and acquiring new clients by networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Educate clients on various insurance policies and coverage options, tailoring solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
