Consultant trainee (ESG & Advisory)

We are a Singapore-based consultancy firm helping organizations achieve international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RSPO / MSPO, FSC, ESG, and ISCC. We partner closely with clients to streamline their processes, meet regulatory and certification requirements, and enhance overall business performance. We are looking for a motivated Consultant to join our expanding team in Singapore. Both Singaporean and Malaysian are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

§  Assist clients in achieving and maintaining certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, FSC, GRI, ESG Reporting, etc.).

§  Conduct gap assessments, GHG calculation, internal audits, and audit preparation.

§  Develop and review policies, procedures, and documentation in line with certification standards.

§  Willing to travel for projects around APAC.

§  Advisory in ESG strategy and reports, managing environmental footprint to meet customer sustainability commitments. From sustainable KPI design to GHG emissions reduction strategy to ESG reporting.

§  Guide clients in implementing corrective and preventive actions for audit findings.

§  Provide training and workshops for client teams on certification requirements.

§  Liaise with certification bodies and support clients during external audits.

§  Keep up to date with changes in relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

§  Degree in either Engineering, Environmental Science, Facility, or related discipline.

§  Prior experience in Operational, ISO standards, Sustainability certification, or compliance background will be an advantage.

§  Good in Math

§  Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, operational or sustainability frameworks preferred.

§  Strong communication and documentation skills.

§  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

§  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

§  Capable of research and provide regular updates to fellow colleagues under scientific & academic approach.
