Senior Associate, Data Analyst for Internal Audit

Reporting directors to the Managing Director of Assurance, the incumbent will works closely with the assurance team to identify the opportunities, profile, analyze and present results to drive greater risk coverage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Use various programming tools to formulate algorithms and scripts for the review of data to derive meaningful insights
- Develop codes that are production-ready and reusable, adhering to proper documentation guidelines
- Prototype, build & maintain value-adding data visualization using Business Intelligence tools
- Design and implement monitoring platforms for continuous monitoring and predictive analysis
- Participate in assurance engagements to build up business processes and industry knowledge
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or Information Technology with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in machine learning and programming tools
- Meticulous and highly analytical, with the ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, and able to build good working relationships with business counterparts, and work collaboratively as part of the assurance team
- Creative, innovative and solution oriented
- Proficiency in using query languages and programming tools such as SQL, Python and R Programming
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge in accounting, finance and risk management will be preferred
- Structured and motivated individual with good time management to manage or prioritize multiple timelines
