We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our Client facing IT projects.

**Basic Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our team in Singapore. As the Infrastructure Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering technical infrastructure projects on a local, regional, and global scale. You will lead a team of regional project managers and ensure the successful delivery of APAC-wide customer base. Your role will also involve project portfolio management, standardizing project methodologies and processes, and acting as a project/program manager for key initiatives and organizational-wide change management projects. Additionally, you will provide guidance and coaching to junior project managers, foster stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with the PMO head for project standardization and reporting

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of regional project managers, overseeing the delivery of infrastructure projects across APAC.
- Manage the infrastructure project portfolio, including funneling, value management, performance management, pipeline prioritization, and risk control.
- Standardize project methodologies, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Act as a Project/Program Manager for key initiatives and organizational-wide change management projects.
- Maintain complete and updated project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong stakeholder engagement and effectively manage relationships.
- Collaborate with the PMO head to standardize projects and provide executive reporting.
- Guide and mentor junior project managers, fostering their professional development.
- Demonstrate good project governance and discipline as a role model.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

**Responsibilities**:

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience with AWS, VMware, CloudFormation, Network, mobile, and internet banking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in IT/Computer Science.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with expertise in server, network, end
- point, data center, and security domains.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading end-to-end local/regional IT infrastructure projects as a full-fledged Project Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading digital projects.
- PMP certified.
- ITIL certified.
- Agile PM trained/certified.
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure domains, including servers (Windows, Linux), network (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, WAF, LB), data center, end-point management (Intune, GPCLM), security, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Technical knowledge in digital solutions, tools, and platforms (web, mobile, CI/CD, container, DevOps).

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with Azure, Risk Control, and Data Center management.
- Knowledge of VMware.
- Expertise in Project Portfolio Management.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships.
- Passion for people development and coaching.
- Familiarity with PMP methodologies and practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and their implementation.
- Experience in value management and performance management.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Proven track record in successful project delivery.
