**Job Descriptions**:
Strategy & Planning

1、Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

2、Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.

Acquisition & Deployment

4、 Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

5、Conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.

6、 Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.

Operational Management

7、Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

8、Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.

9、Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

12、Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes,

and service records.

13、Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.

14、Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

15、Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and

reports.

16、Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

17、Provide guidance and assign tasks to System Engineers

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a senior technical role, with a proven track record in project delivery and system architecture.
- Experience in designing and administering enterprise-level Active Directory is a must.
- Experience with designing and administering VMware vSphere and vCenter is a must.
- Experience in Linux Administration is highly advantageous.
- Be required to provide on-call support.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
- Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft, VMware vSphere or Linux certification are advantageous.
- Familiar with containerization, scripting, automation and DevOps tools such as Ansible is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure) management is a plus.
