Singapore NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. Full time

The Senior/System Analyst is responsible to administer and to oversee the daily operations of Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), EPIC NGEMR System in the NUHS Diagnostics. The staff will work closely with cluster lead in RISPACS within NUHS. Other secondary duties include to provide diagnostic imaging services and routine administration of the diagnostic imaging services within one or more polyclinic(s).

**Main duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of RISPAC administration, NGEMR system and/or IT related matters.
- Contribute to IT system upgrades and implementations (eg. System validation, testing, documentation)
- Provide simple hardware / software consultative advice to end users of RISPACS or related systems in the department
- Attend IT work group discussions with stakeholders (e.g. IHIS) on operational, IT solution and implementation.
- Perform modality integration for new/existing equipment to hospital network and RISPACS system ensuring IT Security Compliance.
- Assist to generate monthly statistical and management report timely
- Adhere to safe work practices and data confidentiality strictly
- Conduct system training for new joiners when required
- Support and execute Business Continuity Procedures during system downtime and subsequent reconciliation efforts.

**Qualification Required and Area of Discipline**
- Recognized degree in IT enterprise/IT related course OR
- Recognized degree in radiography will be advantageous but not compulsory

**Required Competencies and Capabilities**
- Competent in Radiography Information System and Picture Archiving and Communication System (RIS-PACS).
- Some knowledge in DICOM, HL7 is preferred but not necessary.
- Registration with Allied Health Professions Council will be advantageous but not compulsory
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset.
- Effective communications and coaching skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
