**Job Summary**:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT/development teams to identify, assess, and deliver technology-driven solutions that meet organizational needs. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of system changes or enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business units to understand goals, processes, and challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align expectations and ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate and participate in system design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system/process improvements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solution quality before rollout.
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts or team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools, process modeling, and reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between business and technical teams.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems is preferred.
