As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of three sites, managing a workforce of 150 to 180 employees. Your strategic leadership will drive daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with processes and exceeding customer expectations and KPIs. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing P&L performance within defined budgets, while implementing new strategies and technologies to enhance overall performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily warehouse operations.
- Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet customer expectations and KPIs.
- Accountable for P&L performance, managing expenditures within defined budgets.
- Define operational requirements and implement new strategies, technologies, and initiatives.
- Engage customers on commercial and operational scopes of work and contract renewals.
- Enforce security and work safety measures in the warehouse.
- Monitor departmental budgetary control and resource allocation.
- Seek improvement opportunities along the value chain to exceed service standards.
- Establish a culture of best practice sharing and motivate staff to voice their opinions.
- Provide on-the-job training to improve work performance and productivity.
- Ensure stock inventory accuracy and upkeep of storage and office areas.
- Maintain accountability for quality PPM and drive yearly CIP commitments.
- Handle other business-related matters as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
