Job Scope

Reporting to HOD Operations, you are expected to identify areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control measures and develops information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers, at HQ and on-site.

**Main Job Role**:

- Plan and develop Tri Love Elderly (TLE) Programmes and Operations
- New TLE Programme Development (involving volunteers) on site
- Community Outreach and Engagement
- Stakeholder Relationship (Internal and External)

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage the day to day Tri Love Elderly (TLE) programme operations at the assigned work site and ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
- To plan and develop the Tri Love Elderly (TLE) operations of daily programmes and ad hoc activities such as excursion, visit to nursing homes etc.
- To develop new TLE programme and activities and coordinate the deployment of volunteers to support programme operations on site
- To collaborate with external agencies and work partners for community outreach and engagement activities
- To participate in and support cross-department events such as volunteer appreciation, fundraising events etc.

Pre-requisites:
General:

- O/A Levels or Diploma holders in any discipline
- Effectively bilingual (English and Chinese)
- Good communicator
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Team player

Technical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess 2-3 years’ work experience in social services or customer service

Salary range: $2,000 to $3,000
