DESIGNATION : Programme Executive (Eldercare Services)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Programme Executive primarily implements initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation’s goals and the needs of the community. With guidance from the Programme Manager, he/she will participate in designing the above-mentioned initiatives and development plans.
**Programme Implementation**
- Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance
- Identify upcoming trends affecting programme’s success
- Follow best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact
- Follow service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
- Follow procedures for programmes pertaining to community service
- Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme’s goals
- Support Programme Manager in reviewing the alignment of programme to centre objectives
- Support Programme Manager in reviewing effectiveness of programmes
**Community Work**
- Organise and implement all kinds of community outreach event
- Deliver social work programmes to meet the targeted needs
- Gather relevant information from different sources
- Link up of community resources
- Support the team in rendering services to the community, e.g. home visit, medical escort and others
**Volunteer Management**
- Communicate appropriate programme objectives to volunteers as required
- Provide guidance to volunteers on executing effective programmes
- Develop growing team of volunteers to support various programmes
- Network and build relationships with potential partners that have many volunteers
- Identify and retain committed volunteers
**Compliance**
- Consolidate status of KPIs to Programme Manager and Centre Director periodically
- Ensure expenditure is within the budget
- Ensure KPIs will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies’ requirement
- Support Programme Manager in preparing annual service reports by preparing the relevant and required information
**Ad-hoc Duties**
- Provide any other support as assigned/required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution
OTHER INFORMATION
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
- Prior experience in events or programmes design, planning and implementation will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of social service practices will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates may welcome to apply

- Excellent communication and written skills for report and proposal writing
- Analytical ability & problem-solving skills to analyse information quickly and accurately, formulate decisions and make recommendations
