**Job Summary
As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology projects, leveraging appropriate frameworks and methodologies. You will collaborate closely with sponsors to manage project scope, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a hands-on approach in driving service quality, managing costs, and delivering exceptional value. In addition, you will be instrumental in supporting sales by identifying and proposing innovative solutions, fostering delivery excellence and ensuring project profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Project Leadership**:Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale, complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

**Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to manage project scope, identify and address risks, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.

**Service Quality & Cost Efficiency**:Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality while optimizing cost efficiency across projects.

**Sales Support**:Proactively support sales efforts by contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive customer value and delivery excellence.

**Delivery Excellence**:Drive delivery excellence, managing service quality and ensuring project profitability by adhering to best practices and performance standards.

**Subject Matter Expertise**:Serve as an SME, providing guidance and support across multiple teams. Lead the team in high-impact decision-making and solution development for shared challenges.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and promoting a collaborative environment.

**Solution Development**:Develop scalable solutions that address complex challenges, with applicability across multiple teams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Expert Proficiency in ADM
- Expert Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP): Skilled in aligning technology architecture with business objectives for sustainable success.
- Expert Proficiency in Service Delivery: Proven ability to lead service delivery initiatives, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Expert Proficiency in Delivery Excellence and Technology Architecture Implementation: Demonstrated track record of implementing technology architecture solutions that meet project needs and business goals.
