Solution Architect

**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Design solutions utilising CloudSense Out of the Box capabilities, design patterns and best practices
- Meet challenging business requirements while considering all factors such as performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost and time to market
- Lead implementations delivering quality solutions on SFDC platform, satisfying commercial and technical acceptance criteria
- Actively participate in requirement gathering and design workshops, independently or in collaboration with Business Analyst
- Analyse requirements, emphasising Gap analysis, in order to devise an optimal design / development approach to meet the requirements
- Advocate CloudSense Out of the Box capabilities, design patterns and best practices, challenging all contrasting inclinations
- Provide high level design documents, including design assumptions and caveats
- Provide detailed low level design documents / user stories / technical specifications related to the solution
- Provide strong technical leadership, internally and throughout project teams
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tech Lead, Success Manager and other team members in different project phases
- Collaborate with Platforms & Standards division to promote both standardisation and new features
- Handover to Customer Success Plan (CloudSense 24/7 support division) after project has been delivered

**Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience**

Essential
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud architectures
- Experience gained on large, complex projects, implementing CRM / CPQ / Order management solutions, preferably in Solution Architect / Tech lead role
- Experience of working with both technical and business oriented people within a business
- Excellent spoken and written English, including the effective use of business and technical terms
- Strong presentation capabilities, confidence, motivation and communication skills
- Goal oriented, success driven, and able to work within tight deadlines
- Commitment to produce high quality work with attention to detail
- Participate and contribute to CloudSense culture of collaboration and support across different regions and cultures

Desired
- Prior experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and working knowledge of SFDC integration approach and architecture
- Understanding of functional and technical architecture of Salesforce and CloudSense products (e.g. integration patterns and solution architecture)
- Extensive development experience, preferably with Apex / Visualforce on the SFDC platform
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in client-facing environments & relationship building skills
- Skills in formatting and presentation of common document formats such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
