**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handles the full sets of accounts and day-to-day accounting function of the investment holding company, including GST preparation
- Responsible for the General Ledger for subsidiaries assigned by the Regional Finance Manager
- Responsible for the coordination with overseas operations team and outsourced accounting firm for newly start-up overseas subsidiaries/branches assigned
- Assist in the monthly data entry and preparation of financial reports for newly start-up overseas subsidiaries/branches assigned as required
- Preparation of the monthly group consolidation, financial statements and financial reports
- Assist in the drafting of audited financial statements and liaise with auditors to complete the annual audit
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Group CEO
- Support HR and administration duties for the Group HQ as assigned
- Assist in the creation of Group Report formats as required from time to time in the accounting system
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent with minimum 3 years of working experience
- Experience in audit and handling some HR and admin duties will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and ERP systems
- Meticulous with numbers, a keen eye for details, technically strong with sharp business acumen.
- Great team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys learning, enthusiastic, focused, high integrity and committed to do your best.
- Written and spoken Mandarin proficiency is necessary for effective communication with customers, associates and stakeholders in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
