**SEM Senior Analyst, Global Markets**

The Global Markets team is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate SEM Senior Analyst that will identify opportunities for international growth and work closely with our US-based SEM team to execute on these. You will be an active member of an industry leading cross disciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and analysts operating one of the world's large paid search programs. We have a very data driven approach to SEM with the aim to automate wherever possible.

This role is Singapore-based and will be responsible for the localization of our performance marketing programs globally. You will deep-dive and perform audits on our paid performance in priority markets, and take the lead in recommending program variations (e.g., different objective, altered ROAS, etc.) where appropriate. This role will be focused on working with engineering, other analysts, and data science to drive incremental profit, lead continuous experimentation, and achieve operational excellence in our paid programs.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage large multinational marketing campaigns
- Identifying SEM growth opportunities
- Analyze marketing data to identify actionable insights
- Work collaboratively with data scientists and engineers to improve tools and processes
- Improve and optimize our landing pages to maximize conversion
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in SEM
- Design and analyze tests

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Professional experience**: 3-5+ years of analytical experience, in online marketing at a consumer-facing internet company
- **Results-oriented**: Work to and be motivated by revenue targets. Data-driven and analytical mindset. Experience in running and interpreting tests - for example ad testing, A/B or multi-variates
- **Strong analytical & data skills**: High level of in-depth proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Tableau and SQL experience is a plus.
- **Excellent communication & organizational skills**:Strong verbal and written communicator, a great partner to engineers and other teams, and able to execute projects and analysis independently.
- **Initiative, curiosity and a growth mindset**:You're a self-starter with a deep curiosity about our business. You are able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight, and constantly seek to improve yourself and our business.
- **Tech / web-savvy**: Enjoy working alongside engineers and data scientists to develop solutions to business problems
- **Adaptability**:You thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle ambiguity.
- **Academics**: Degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, engineering, or math preferred.
