appealing better-for-you foods using our innovation platforms, alongside our partners and

collaboration community.

Nurasa is in the early phase of executing the strategy so the team will need to be operated with agility and culture like that of a startup. Individuals need to be comfortable with ambiguity but operate with a high level of accountability including operating outside of his/her job description to ensure the collective success of Nurasa. We partner with a diverse array of ecosystem players—including food service, consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, capability partners, startups, academia, and industry experts—to accelerate the adoption of sustainable nutrition. This role will work closely with the Business Development team to ideate and oversee the end-to-end management of innovation from concept to commercialization. The Innovation Project Manager will work closely with the CIO to develop both the Capability and Technology roadmaps, facilitating the company’s strategic initiatives in sustainable nutrition.

**Job Purpose**:
To support Nurasa’s Corporate Development and Strategy team through structured research, market and landscape analysis, for both internal and external initiatives. The intern will also contribute to team effectiveness by helping design and streamline workflows using digital and AI tools especially for research and reporting. Additional support may include coordination for ecosystem-related events and partnership engagements.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
**1. Strategic & Market Research**
- Conduct structured landscape mapping and market studies in areas relevant to Nurasa’s

priorities (e.g., functional ingredients, precision fermentation, health and wellness).
- Analyze innovation trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to support strategy and

business development projects.
- Synthesize insights to support internal decision-making and external partner discussions.

**2. Workflow & Research Tool Design**
- Help identify and implement tools and processes that enhance research efficiency and team productivity. - Support the development of templates, dashboards, or internal resources for knowledge sharing and reporting.

**3. Project Support**
- Assist with slide preparation, research packs, and materials for internal strategy discussions and external partnerships.
- Track progress and compile inputs for strategic initiatives as needed.

**4. Ecosystem and Event Support**
- Support event coordination and logistics for Nurasa ecosystem activities, such as innovation showcases, site visits, or workshops.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of ecosystem engagements.

**Minimum Relevant Experience**:
Market research experience through internship or school projects

**Competencies**:

- Structured thinking and analytical skills
- Strong research ability, and written communications to synthesise findings
- Experience in using AI tools for research and reporting
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Word; basic to intermediate Excel is preferred
