Senior Manager, Investor Relations

**In this position you will....
be a part of a small and strong-knit team responsible for driving business growth via both organic and inorganic avenues, managing investor relations, facilitating our corporate fund raising process and support of strategic initiatives within bolttech.

Owing to our unique company set up, you will encounter and learn to navigate a diverse range of business problems faced by an insurtech start-up and a large insurance group. This is the ideal opportunity for an individual who wants to jump start their career and develop a full spectrum of technical and soft skills across both investor relations, M&A and business strategy.

**You will be responsible for
- Add value across the business through project-based work in collaboration with senior leadership team
- Take ownership of important strategic and operational tasks and be actively involved in driving co-ordination and execution of the tasks
- Learn quickly, adapt and work hard to regularly deliver high quality output under pressure as needed
- Take a proactive approach to problem solving in order to drive innovation across the business
- Support preparation of monthly/quarterly investor dashboard or any investor request
- Support on process management for investor outreach, notes-taking in investor discussions and help manage investor Q&A
- Assist on preparing recurring business review and project status reports to management and key stakeholders
- Prepare presentation materials and script for senior management for both internal and external events/meetings
- Support on matters related to internal preparation of the company’s listing plan, which includes project management, facilitate discussion with internal and external stakeholders, prepare materials for discussion, etc.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Prior relevant work experiences / internships in investor relations, strategy or financial services highly desirable
- Confident, structured and an incredibly organised individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion
- Inquisitive personality with exceptional analytical skills and a strong desire to learn
- A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set, embracing the excitement of working with a young and rapidly growing company
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong command of verbal and written English; fluency in an Asian language desirable but not required
