Our client is one of Asia’s leading Fintechs, a hyper-growth stage firm that is constantly developing their technology function and product offerings. They are well-funded and have a strong footprint in South East Asia with a strong banking and fintech customer base. With constant growth and expansion within the business they are looking for a Senior HRBP to join the business to build up the strategy roadmap and work directly with the stakeholders across the ASEAN region.

**Some responsibilities will include**:

- Act as a strategic partner of business leaders, provide HR solutions to address business issues
- HR sounding board for the respective business unit throughout the entire life-cycle of all employees.
- Organization development with functional leaders and translate the strategy to different aspects of HR for implementation.
- Develop hiring plans along with talent acquisition to bring in the best available talents
- Collaborate with the COE team to carry out talent management activities such as performance & potential management, promotion, compensation adjustment, talent review, and succession planning
- Identify growth opportunities for the team. Help each team member to develop through regular coaching sessions.
- Be a champion of organizational culture and values, driving a high level of employee engagement to support business growth.
- Assist in the management of conflict resolution.
- 7-11 years of experience in HR Business Partnering for Software/Technology organizations. Tech Start-up experience will be a plus.
- Experience working with regional teams in SEA, China, and India would be a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree or above, human resources-related majors are preferred.
- Proven expertise in the areas of Business Partnering & Coaching. Generalist in other HR functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
