**Responsibilities**:
- Booking of flights with airlines
- Arrangement of shipments with customers and contractors
- Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements
- Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
- Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
- Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import and export process
- Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible / Adaptive to changes
- Meticulous to details
- Able to commit OT / weekend duties / after office hours coordination
