**[What the role is]**

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, International Trade Business in the School of Business & Accountancy.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Design and deliver engaging lessons, workshops and assessments that inspire learning.
- Refresh and enhance curriculum to reflect real-world trends in international trade and business.
- Equip students with skills to use Generative AI ethically and effectively in their learning.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of performance and attendance.
- Mentor and support students in both their academic journey and personal growth.
- Lead impactful learning journeys, including overseas trips that broaden global perspectives.
- Contribute to school initiatives, cross-functional projects, and academic operations.

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience; teaching or training experience is a plus.
- A passionate educator with a nurturing mindset and strong rapport with learners.
- Creative in using digital tools and tech-enabled strategies to enhance student engagement.
- Confident in teaching international trade, global business operations, and related topics.
- Proficient in MS Office and Power BI; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Industry certifications (e.g. Procurement, Business Analytics, Six Sigma, Sustainability) are a bonus.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple projects independently.
